Main tasks of the center
- Organizing and managing computer and information infrastructure.
- Creating electronic libraries and information systems, introducing automated information systems into the educational process.
- Implementing information technologies and distance learning systems at the university level.
- Conducting seminars for teachers on current issues of information technology and distance learning.
- Providing teachers, doctoral students, and students with access to the Internet and national educational and scientific networks.
- Creating a methodological base for distance learning in cooperation with university faculties and departments.
- Organizing conferences, seminars, symposiums, and exhibitions to implement ICT and demonstrate achievements in distance learning.
- Establishing scientific and creative cooperation with other universities, centers, departments, and foreign universities.
- Controlling the quality of laboratory classes conducted by university departments in computer labs.
- Implementing security measures to protect information.
