About the department
The Department for Quality Control of Education was established in accordance with paragraph 14 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 515 dated July 18, 2017.
The department was reorganized on the basis of Order No. 72 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated March 27, 2023.
Main goal of the department
To study and analyze the compliance of university students' knowledge with state educational standards, monitor the quality of training, organize internal certification of the university, and identify factors negatively affecting the quality of education, as well as take measures to eliminate and prevent them.
Main tasks of the Department for Quality Control of Education
Quality control of training
Quality control and monitoring of training at the university
Analysis of students' knowledge
Analysis of students' knowledge compliance with state educational standards and the level of subject mastery
Teaching staff
Formation of a teaching staff capable of ensuring the quality of education
Internal assessment
Organization of internal assessment of the university and taking measures to eliminate identified shortcomings
Other important tasks:
- Control over the proper organization of the educational process in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents
- Analysis of compliance of qualification requirements, curricula and programs with professional standards and labor market requirements
- Study of the position of graduates in the labor market and the viability of the specialty
- Control over the use of modern pedagogical and information technologies
- Ensuring the implementation of anti-plagiarism programs
