Organizing all activities of the department and the work of employees

Drawing up work plans for the department and ensuring their implementation

Coordinating the activities of relevant units in the educational institution

Ensuring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Decrees and Orders of the President, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Board, orders, letters, modemograms and phonegrams of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as orders of the university rector

Assigning salaries to newly hired professors, teachers and staff according to the Unified Tariff Scale of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Drawing up and approving the university's expenditure estimates for the state budget and contracts in the prescribed manner

Ensuring the lawful determination of salaries for professors, teachers and staff

8

Timely preparation and approval of estimates for changes in salaries and other payments based on the Decrees of the President and Government decisions

Qualification requirements

Must know

The essence of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Decrees and Orders of the President, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Board, orders, letters, modemograms and phonegrams of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as orders of the university rector.

Requirements

  • Have the necessary professional and organizational skills for a management position in a higher education institution
  • Have experience and work record in management in the field of education
  • Have exemplary personal qualities
  • Have a higher education
  • Have at least 3 years of effective work experience in the department's field

Financial activity

Budget management

Drawing up and approving expenditure estimates for the state budget and contracts

Reports

Organizing the preparation of quarterly and annual reports and submitting them to the ministry

Staff schedule

Developing the staff schedule and determining the job standards for each employee
