Department for Organizing Scientific Research Activities of Talented Students

Ensuring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Decrees and Orders of the President, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, decisions of the Board, orders and letters of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as rector's orders;

Conveying the content of laws, decrees, orders and resolutions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as relevant orders and decisions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation to students;

Having the necessary professional and organizational skills, experience in management and knowledge in the field of education for management positions in higher education institutions;

Possessing qualities such as intelligence, culture, leadership, creativity, communication, organizational and entrepreneurial skills, a sense of responsibility, the ability to make independent decisions and act decisively to achieve the strategic goals of the university;

General management of all activities and staff of the department;

Developing work plans for the department and ensuring their implementation;

Promoting the creative activity, scientific potential and level of talented youth;

Searching and identifying talented students to train highly qualified personnel for production;

Conducting surveys to identify the determination, diligence and abilities of talented youth;

Organizing and controlling the database by dividing students into target groups according to their abilities;

Identifying talented students in specialized departments and involving them in research activities;

Monitoring advanced research activities conducted by professors and teachers in departments and circles;

Organizing various circles for students, ensuring their participation in olympiads, competitions and scientific conferences at the republican and international levels;

Ensuring the publication of scientific collections on students' scientific works;

Regularly discussing information about the activities of talented students at department meetings, faculty and institute scientific and technical councils;

Organizing the process of searching, selecting and working with talented youth, assisting in the preparation of Presidential, Navoi, Beruni, Ulugbek, Zulfiya and other prestigious scholarship holders among students and undergraduates;

Conscientiously fulfilling official duties;

Organizing various exhibitions, conferences and Start-up project competitions for talented students.
