Attention to part-time (extramural) graduates who have transferred or been reinstated!

During the process of transfer or reinstatement in previous academic years, differences in academic disciplines (academic debts) were identified in the curricula. In accordance with the established procedure, you are required to retake and complete these disciplines.

Information on academic debts can be obtained through the HEMIS information system via the student’s personal account in the “Gradebook” or “Academic Performance” sections.

According to the approved academic calendar for the 2025/2026 academic year, the retake periods for students studying in the part-time (extramural) mode are scheduled as follows:

  • for 2nd–3rd year students: from June 1 to June 27, 2026;
  • for 4th year students: from June 8 to July 4, 2026;
  • for 5th year students: from May 11 to June 6, 2026.

Furthermore, in accordance with Clause 15 of the Regulation “On the Procedure for Conducting the Final State Attestation of Graduates of Higher Education Institutions,” approved by Resolution No. 836 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 13, 2024, only those graduates who have fully completed the relevant courses, accumulated the required number of credits, and fully fulfilled the tuition contract obligations are admitted to the final state attestation.
