The admission process for technical school graduates based on interviews was conducted

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 17 of January 11, 2022, “On the procedure for admitting graduates of technical schools who have successfully completed their studies to undergraduate programs of higher education institutions based on interviews,” the admission process for technical school graduates was organized at Kokand State University for the 2025/2026 academic year.

A total of 96 applications were received from applicants who expressed their desire to continue their studies at the university.

During the interview process, applicants’ professional knowledge, level of preparedness in their chosen specialty, and general outlook were assessed. All necessary measures were taken to ensure transparent and fair recording of the results.

To guarantee the legality and impartiality of the admission process, the Compliance Control Department for Anti-Corruption Oversight carried out active monitoring. This supervision further strengthened trust in the process.

As noted, the system of admitting technical school graduates to higher education on the basis of interviews expands opportunities for continuous education for young people and creates favorable conditions for them to become well-qualified professionals in their fields.
