A new digital platform launched at Kokand State University

In order to organize the educational process on the basis of a corruption-free and transparent system, Kokand State University has launched a new digital platform — edu-department.kokandsu.uz.

From now on, through this platform it is possible to:

develop curricula and regulate them across academic programs;

digitalize departmental teaching workloads and fairly distribute them among faculty members;

create and approve individual work plans (teachers form their work plans based on distribution, and the system allows responsible officials to approve them via electronic signature);

design course programs and syllabi and approve them in electronic format;

evaluate the performance (KPI) of faculty members.

This system reduces excessive bureaucracy and paperwork, ensures transparency and fairness in the educational process, and helps prevent corruption. In addition, the platform enables the formation of university-wide workload statistics, monitors the management of educational regulatory documents, and provides regular analysis of their implementation.

The administration of Kokand State University, through this initiative, aims to improve the quality of education and establish a corruption-free, transparent, and fair system in management processes.
