Dear teachers, esteemed students, and respected colleagues

From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely congratulate you on the 34th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan!

Independence is the realization of our people’s centuries-old hopes and aspirations, our strongest pillar in preserving national values, traditions, and historical heritage, as well as in ensuring the development and prosperity of our country.

Today, the large-scale reforms taking place in our homeland, along with the achievements in education, science, and innovation, are the result of our collective noble efforts. Kokand State University is also becoming an active participant in these reforms. This year, the commissioning of new academic buildings, the expansion of international cooperation projects, our students’ achievements in national and international competitions, and significant results in scientific research have all been joyful milestones for us.

These successes are due in large part to the dedicated work of our esteemed professors and teachers, the thirst for knowledge and ambition of our youth, and the unity of our university community.

On this blessed occasion, I wish you good health, prosperity in your families, and great success in your academic and creative endeavors. Let us continue to work selflessly together for the further prosperity of our independent Uzbekistan!
