Socially active students join the ranks of “Qalqon”
On September 16, Kokand State University held a meeting with candidates applying to join the student community group “Qalqon.”
A total of 32 students – 17 young men and 15 young women – took part in the process. The meeting was led by the head of the University Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment, A. Makhmudjonov. University prevention inspectors also attended the event.
During the discussion, the main goals and objectives of the group were explained in detail. Candidates’ social activity, level of responsibility, adherence to internal rules, and motivation to join the team were thoroughly evaluated.
As a result, a list of students recommended for membership was formed. It was announced that the selection results will be published in the coming days, and a special certificate awarding ceremony will be held for those who successfully pass the selection.
For reference: the “Qalqon” community group is engaged in fostering students’ military-patriotic spirit, assisting in maintaining public order, promoting the prevention of offenses, and combating crime.
