Student of Kokand State University — Winner of the Uzbekistan Cup

The Uzbekistan Cup competitions among youth (U-23) in fencing were held at the "Samo" sports complex in Fergana city. Talented athletes from different regions of our country competed against each other in the foil category.

The contests were of a high level, intense, and uncompromising. In particular, the women’s individual matches left a great impression on the audience. In these duels, Maftuna Davronova, a student of the Faculty of Arts and Sports at Kokand State University, stood out for her skill, agility, and determination. She defeated her rivals one after another and won first place.

In addition, Maftuna Davronova participated as a member of the Fergana regional team and also achieved victory in the team category. Thus, she contributed not only to her personal success but also to her team’s triumph.

At the end of the competition, the winners and prize-winners were solemnly awarded diplomas, medals, and commemorative gifts.
