Unity of Family and Education Recognized at a Scientific-Practical Conference
A republican scientific-practical conference titled “The Role of Parents in Child Upbringing: Modern Pedagogical and Psychological Approaches” was held at Kokand State University in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University, and the international scientific journal Science and Innovation.
The event focused on strengthening collaboration among parents, educators, and psychologists in the child upbringing process, exploring the influence of the family environment on a child’s development, and implementing modern pedagogical and psychological approaches in practice.
In his opening speech, Ahmadjon Khusanov, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work at Kokand State University, emphasized the importance of close cooperation between family, educational institutions, and society in raising the younger generation.
Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Nigora Erkaboyeva delivered a scientific report on the theoretical foundations of child upbringing, the preservation of family values, and the integration of traditional and modern approaches.
During the plenary session, participants presented significant proposals on fostering a healthy psychological atmosphere in families, developing children’s thinking, enhancing methods of psychological analysis, and effectively using modern information technologies.
Articles submitted to the conference are planned to be published in international scientific databases such as Index Copernicus (Poland), Zenodo, Open Aire (Europe), and Cyberleninka (Russia). Each paper will be indexed in Google Scholar and assigned a DOI number. Participants received electronic certificates, PDF versions of their papers, and confirmation of indexing.
This scientific-practical conference served as an important platform for strengthening the scientific foundations of ongoing educational and upbringing reforms, promoting the development of the family institution, and enhancing parents’ pedagogical culture in Uzbekistan.
