Innovative Approaches in Engineering Discussed

The Department of Engineering Technologies at the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Engineering of Kokand State University hosted an international scientific-practical conference titled:

“Modernization of Contemporary Education: Challenges and Solutions in Training Qualified Engineering Specialists.”

The event brought together representatives of the country’s leading higher education institutions, research institutes, and industrial enterprises, as well as professors, doctoral students, researchers, practitioners, master’s students, and undergraduates.

Professors from the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University (Republic of Kazakhstan) also participated online via the ZOOM platform.

During the conference, reports were presented on innovative approaches to improving the quality of education in materials science, chemical technologies, technological machinery and equipment, transport engineering, geodesy and geoinformatics, light industry engineering, natural and exact sciences, and electrical and power engineering.

At the end of the conference, active participants and authors of the best scientific papers were awarded diplomas and certificates.

This international scientific-practical event became an important step toward enhancing the quality of research in materials science and engineering, promoting the application of scientific developments in practice, and strengthening academic cooperation between domestic and foreign scholars.
