Preventive Measures Held at Kokand State University
Daily preventive measures were carried out at Kokand State University with the participation of senior inspectors from the Ministry of Internal Affairs Public Security Service and responsible inspectors from the Department for Women’s Issues.
During the event, the university’s senior prevention inspector, Major Sohibjon Yuldashev, and the senior inspector for women’s issues, Senior Lieutenant Zulhumor Hayitova, provided students with detailed explanations of several important regulatory documents. In particular, they discussed Presidential Decree No. 207 — “On comprehensive measures to protect public health and the nation’s gene pool from drug addiction and drug-related crimes”, Presidential Resolution No. PQ-153, as well as the regional governor’s Resolution No. 520 and the related order of the Department Head, Major General A. Ikramov, No. 118.
Additionally, preventive conversations were held with students on topics such as improving cyber culture, responsible internet use, cyberattacks, and awareness of cybersecurity threats.
As part of the event, special monitoring activities were conducted through the “Davomat” and “Tig‘” systems. Individual preventive discussions were also held with students who had previously committed offenses and were on preventive records, as well as with students living in rented housing or dormitories.
The main goal of these activities is to strengthen the legal culture among young people, raise awareness about various risks, and ensure a safe and healthy educational environment.
