The Rector Reviewed the Living Conditions of Students Residing in Rental Housing

Today, the Rector of Kokand State University, Dilnoza Khodjaeva, accompanied by a group of officials, visited the rental accommodations of students to closely examine their living conditions. The main purpose of the visit was to identify existing issues on-site and determine necessary measures to ensure students’ safety and comfort during the autumn–winter season.

During the inspection, the heating systems, electricity and gas supply, and thermal insulation of the rented apartments were reviewed. Compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards, availability of fire safety equipment, and access to drinking water were also thoroughly examined.

Throughout the visit, Rector Dilnoza Khodjaeva held an open dialogue with the students, listening to their concerns, opinions, and suggestions. Clear instructions were given to responsible officials regarding the students’ proposals, existing shortcomings, and identified needs.

The Rector also emphasized that supporting students, strengthening their social protection, and creating a safe and healthy living environment in rental housing are among the university leadership’s key priorities.

This visit is an important part of the continuous monitoring system aimed at improving students’ living conditions and ensuring their well-being.
