Youth Council Coordinators Selected at Kokand State University

Candidates for the positions of Youth Council coordinators and faculty coordinators were selected through interviews based on vacant positions announced by the primary organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at Kokand State University.

The selection process was conducted in an open and transparent manner with the participation of Alisher Anvarov, Chairman of the Fergana Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan. During the interviews, candidates’ experience, initiative, leadership skills, ideas related to social projects, and future activity plans were thoroughly discussed.

Throughout the selection process, participants’ communication skills, ability to work in a team, and level of responsibility were assessed as key criteria. As a result, the most suitable young candidates were selected as Youth Council coordinators and faculty coordinators.

Consequently, a new composition of the Youth Council of Kokand State University was formed. The council aims to enhance the social and civic engagement of young people at the university, support their initiatives and ideas, and actively involve students in public life through various projects and events.

From now on, the newly appointed coordinators will focus on identifying the concerns of their peers, promoting initiatives of interest to them, developing leadership potential, and effectively implementing youth policy.

This selection process is significant as it ensures active youth participation in decision-making processes, supports their opinions and proposals, and further strengthens the role of young people in university life.
