State Grants Approved for Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programs
The Presidential Decree "On Approval of State Order Parameters for Admission to State Higher Education Institutions" (No. PF-43, dated July 18, 2025) has been adopted.
According to the decree, the state order parameters for admission to state higher education institutions for the 2025/2026 academic year and the following three academic years have been approved. Specifically:
🔹 Full-time Bachelor's programs:
▪️ for the 2025/2026 academic year – 35,500 places;
▪️ for the 2026/2027 academic year – 36,023 places;
▪️ for the 2027/2028 academic year – 36,460 places;
▪️ for the 2028/2029 academic year – 36,761 places.
🔹 Full-time Master's programs:
▪️ for the 2025/2026 academic year – 9,922 places;
▪️ for the 2026/2027 academic year – 10,191 places;
▪️ for the 2027/2028 academic year – 10,477 places;
▪️ for the 2028/2029 academic year – 10,784 places.
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation will submit proposals to the State Commission regarding:
🔸 the distribution of 1,320 state grants allocated to foreign higher education institutions and their branches, as well as non-state higher education institutions operating in the country;
🔸 the distribution of 30 state grants by educational field for young compatriots residing abroad who wish to study at state higher education institutions;
🔸 jointly with the Committee on Family and Women's Affairs, the distribution of 4,000 state grants allocated for women.
