Measures have been outlined to increase the interest of higher education students in the state civil service

These measures are specified in the 2025-2026 Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the State Civil Service until 2030.

In particular, during 2025-2026:

▫️ Elective courses such as "Public Service" or "State Civil Service" will be introduced into the undergraduate and graduate programs of state higher education institutions;

▫️ A series of meetings will be organized with state civil servants who have achieved outstanding results and enjoy high public respect;

▫️ Highly qualified and experienced state civil servants in relevant fields will be actively involved in conducting lectures at higher education institutions.

The Agency for the Development of Public Service and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation have been designated as the responsible implementing bodies.
