The first stage of the admission process is coming to an end

Today marks the final day of entrance tests held across the country for admission to higher and professional educational institutions for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Since last year, the admission process has been conducted in two stages under the principle of “test first, then selection.” This year as well, the exams are being conducted in two phases in accordance with the Presidential Decree dated May 24, 2024, “On improving the system of admission to higher education institutions and placement of the state order.”

In the first stage, applicants registered to take the entrance tests, choosing only the subject combination, language of instruction, test location, and — if applicable — the university where the professional (creative) exam would be taken.

In the second stage, within 15 days after the tests conclude, applicants will select the university, bachelor’s degree program, form of education, and their application preferences.
