“TalabaExpo – 2025” Career Exhibition Officially Opened in Fergana

Today, the grand opening ceremony of the “TalabaExpo – 2025” career exhibition was held in the city of Fergana. The event is aimed at supporting the employment of higher education graduates, helping them find suitable jobs, and encouraging their participation in entrepreneurial activities.

Opening remarks were delivered by Sherzodjon Polvonov, Deputy Governor of Fergana Region; Elmurod Khoshimov, Director of the “Step into the Future” Center; and Oktam Salomov, Rector of Fergana State University. They emphasized that hosting the exhibition in Fergana—after Tashkent and Samarkand—represents a significant opportunity for the youth of the region.

Speakers also provided in-depth information about the broad opportunities being created for graduates and the ongoing reforms aimed at ensuring their employment and supporting their future professional paths.

As part of the exhibition, several presentations and interactive sessions were held to support student business ideas and startup initiatives.

In addition, UzNationalBank JSC presented financing mechanisms for promising graduate business projects under the “Step into the Future” program.
