Innovation Week Concludes in Fergana

The “INNOWEEK” exhibition of scientific developments and innovative products, held at Fergana State Technical University, has come to an end today. The event saw active participation from local higher education institutions, research centers, and young inventors. Kokand State University also made a notable contribution with several of its innovative projects.

Among the highlights were the project by Associate Professor of the Chemistry Department Ilhomjon Ahmadjonov — “Synthesis of a New Generation of Polyelectrolytes Based on Local Industrial Waste,” and the development of an “Electrostatic Filter Production” system by PhD student Dostonjon Abdunabiyev, both of which drew considerable interest from exhibition visitors.

Student startup projects such as “Aspiring” by Yahyobek Athamov and “Najot” by Asadbek Akbarov also received notable attention during the event.

At the conclusion of the event, authors of the most outstanding innovative ideas were awarded special invitations to participate in the international innovation week “InnoWeek–2025.”
