Delegation from the Technical University of Liberec, Czech Republic, visits Kokand State University

An official delegation from one of the leading higher education institutions of the Czech Republic — the Technical University of Liberec — paid a visit to Kokand State University.

The guests were received by Dilnoza Khodjayeva, Rector of Kokand State University. The meeting was attended by Prof. RNDr. Miroslav Brzezina, Rector of the Technical University of Liberec, and Prof. Aleš Kochourek, Vice-Rector of the university.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation between the two universities, the establishment of joint educational programs and research projects, as well as the expansion of academic exchange between faculty members and students.

The main purpose of the visit was to strengthen strategic partnership between the institutions, implement international research initiatives, and improve education quality through mutual exchange of experience.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which lays the legal foundation for further development of scientific, cultural, and educational cooperation, as well as for the implementation of joint programs.

This visit marks an important step in Kokand State University’s international collaboration efforts and contributes to strengthening educational ties between Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic.
