An International Artificial Intelligence Education Center to Be Established at Kokand State University

Kokand State University, in cooperation with the European Institute of Applied Science and Management (Czech Republic), plans to establish a modern International Artificial Intelligence Education Center. The cooperation agreement was signed in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.

Within the framework of this project, a modern education system covering both secondary specialized and higher education levels will be introduced in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. The educational process will be organized based on practical projects alongside theoretical instruction.

During the establishment and development of the education center, extensive use will be made of international educational and technological grants. In particular, at the initial stages, grants allocated for cloud computing, software, and scientific project activities will be used to strengthen the technical and innovative capacity of the center.

The center will be equipped with high-performance GPU servers, large language models (LLMs), open-source software platforms, and a modern artificial intelligence infrastructure. The learning process will be conducted in offline, online, and blended formats.

The center is expected to serve 250–350 participants annually. This initiative will contribute to enhancing the scientific and educational capacity of Kokand State University, training competitive specialists for the digital economy, and promoting the development of artificial intelligence in the region.
