Online Application for University Transfer Has Started

Applications for transferring students to state higher education institutions of the Republic for the 2025/2026 academic year will be accepted through the following online systems:

For transfers between state higher education institutions within the Republic due to two valid reasons, or within the same institution – via “transfer.edu.uz”;

For transfers from foreign or non-state higher education institutions to corresponding and related programs of state institutions – via “my.uzbmb.uz”.

Applications will be accepted until August 5, 2025 (inclusive).
